I just read that effective April 1st taxes on cigarettes are going up $3 per 25 Pack.

Another big incenative to quit and keep smoke free. Don’t be a slave to nicotine addiction.

    Chesk,

Congrats to you! Hard to believe it has been 40 days for you now.

I agree - being a non-smoker has so much new found freedom! Amazing to think how hard those first few days of the quit were.

Keep going Moniamics!  My advice is stop right now! The sooner you stop - the closer you are to freedom!  The found the first 3 weeks challenging, but after that it gets easier - much easier

    Hello Everyone,

The increased cost of cigarettes certainly is a reason to quit.  Thank you Chesk for bringing this to the forefront.  The money you saved in 40 days is great- congrats on being smoke-free.

Best wishes on your quit journeys and more money saved and benefits to come!

    Marianne
