When I answered the questions for the initial profile, I think I hit submit before selecting answer for how many I smoke per day.  Think it was at zero on the bar so if you coaches/the system uses that to help me, it's not going to be useful info!  How do I fix that or do I even have to?
    Thanks, Marianne

    Hi Tech support

Just wondering why my dashboard still reads 2 months smoke free, when I’m now past 3 months smoke free.

    Thanks

    Hey Marianne,

For the moment, the information we collect is for future improvements and evaluation of the program to ensure we are reaching the full spectrum of nicotine users looking to quit. When we do eventually move toward using that information for more specific counselling, there will be options provided to update and fix any incorrect information. For now, I wouldn't worry about it, but if you want to fix it, I can manually update your data in the back-end. Feel free to e-mail me at kmckeown@ontario.cancer.ca

    Hey Wandam,

If you look a little lower, you should see that your "days smoke-free" is still counting up the days since you quit. The benefits of quitting section of your dashboard only updates at specific points in time when you've reached a new health milestone. I probably could have written them more clearly or put in some more text to explain that somewhere. It's a common complaint, though, so it is on the roadmap to fix the language. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks for the reply Kyle, I'll just leave it then since it's just basically stats info.

Thanks Kyle. I had the same question as mariannec as the same thing happened to me.
