    Hi Guys,

I am 600 days smoke free as of today.  It feels so great!  I have not had any cravings to smoke in the past 1+ years.  In these 600 days I have not smoked 6000+ cigarettes, and saved over $10,000 in cigarettes, and the junk foods at Tims and McDonalds where I always stopped by to complement my bad habit. :)

Yes, this can be done!!!  For those of you new to this site, this is my third attempt with the first two lasting a year each, and I gave in. This time I am determined to quit for life!  Key is never have a puff ever again, or else you will be back at where you started!
