Hello everyone,
I can't imagine starting the process of quitting during such difficult times - kudos to you bsackaney80! And 'wow' is all I can say, and you're amazing for doing and going thru at same time.
Everyone of us on here were the 'newbies at 1 point...therefore, your chances of having someone relate to your story is great and once you have that relation, you are not alone - keep posting!
I don't get on here as much, but when I do post, sometimes I can't wait to read replies. I like knowing someone else can relate and get excited about it. Sounds corny, but it helps!!!
Keep counting days...and feel that pride as you count...I am counting down days as I get closer to my 1 yr anniversary - super pumped. This is the longest II've broken free.
You'll notice big differences but also pay attention to the little ones as well. . . I also got excited to notice the little differences.
Have fun with quitting smoking...quitting is serious business for sure, but make having fun a part of that serious business. "If you ain't having fun in life, you're not Serious enough" Is A Quote I Love.
Good luck with your smoke free days...and remember - all of us had that 1st something as well!!! 🤔😎
