    We understand this may be a difficult time for many people. We are here for you in your continued efforts to make changes to your smoking.

    Smokers Helpline is remaining open with our usual operating hours.
    This includes our website and text message support.

    Mon - Thurs: 8am - 9pm EST
    Fri: 8am - 6pm EST
    Sat & Sun: 9am-5pm EST

    Keep up doing the good work!

    Likely many are stressed and are teetering in their quits and will need all the support they can get.
