Hi jamesdallas59,
I felt the same way as you do. The urge to give in was so strong, I kept coming up with excuses as to why I should give in. I kept asking myself if I really wanted to quit, if I was really ready. But deep in my heart, I knew that was really just my addiction talking. The bottom line was I did want to quit, and I had lots of reasons why I wanted and needed to quit. You do, too. And you have made it through that all important first month.
Hang in there jamesdallas59. You are stronger than your addiction. Kick it to the curb. You don't need it any more. You are doing great. Keep the quit - you're worth it!
