Well, today is 14 days of not smoking.  The reasons I want to quit are #1my finances, my month to month was becoming unmanageable #2my health- the coughing the phlegm, I just feel so much better, #3, the stink, my clothes and my place smell better. So I rewarded myself with a big bag of cherries, they are sooooo expensive, that's ok, I'm saving a lot of money these days.  A lot of people have encouraged me, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    WooHoo Glendagin,

Congratulations on being smoke free for two weeks!  That's terrific!

Yes, you will save yourself a lot of dough that you can use for other things.  And your health will continue to improve the longer you remain smoke free.

You should be really proud of yourself, Glendagin.  Keep up the good work!

    Hi Glendagin,

Congratulations on 14 smoke free days! That is a great accomplishment. Your reasons for quitting are important. I hope you will keep that list handy so you can see it readily as a reminder of where you are coming from. You earned your reward these past two weeks. Enjoy the cherries!
