   Hi Everyone
   
   I jut joined today but have been going to a Stop Smoking clinic at my doctors office.
   
   I have been smoking 40plus years and so ready to quit.   I am on the Nicoderm inhaler and Champix.
   
   I am hoping to find alot of support through this forum as well and also to provide support.
   
   Prayers to all who are trying to manage this next chapter in life.
