Happy National Non-Smoking Week!
National Non-Smoking Week was
started in Canada in 1977 to help promote the benefits of quitting, share
strategies and information about going smoke-free, and to encourage people to
make a quit attempt.
Weedless Wednesday January 22nd is a one-day challenge to quit using tobacco for 24hrs.
If you are looking for more info, a great resource is this quick video from Dr Selby, of the Centre for Addictions & Mental Health, chatting
here about National Non-Smoking Weeks & a few suggestions of how to get started with a quit.
What are you doing to celebrate
National Non-Smoking Week?
