   500 days since my last cigarette - I never thought I would write that, but here I am. 
   
   After over 30 years at often more than pack a day I quit on January 01, 2019 and have not looked back since. 
   
   It was hard but worth it. 
   
   500 days, 11000 cigarettes not smoked, over $7000.00 saved. Living life better and healthier.

   Hello atp, and heartfelt congratulations on meeting such an amazing milestone!
   
   The numbers are staggering, really, to read. To absorb how much you've saved - physically, financially, etc. - the numbers put it all into perspective, and shows what a celebration it is.
   
   You are an inspiration on this website, and to the community members. Thank you, atp! and enjoy this day for all that it means to you!
