   Please can you help me to unsubscribe? it is enough to make me want to start smoking again. I've spent 20 minutes trying to find a way to unsubscribe.

   Sorry to have not responded sooner. If you haven't found a way to unsubscribe yet, here's what to do:
   
   1. Click on your name to open a drop-down menu.  
   
   2. From the drop-down menu click on "My Account."
   
   3. On the My Account page, click on "Support Preferences."
   
   4. Next to "Email support," click where it says "ON." This should then switch to "OFF."
