Hi, about 10 days ago I stopped using the 21 mg. Patch, and then put it on only from 2:30 pm. until 9:00pm. I'm doing well now that I've found a physical outlet during this time about 3 times a week (Walk to Quit), so I decided to just use NRT gum between these hours (maybe 5 peices of 2 mg.) But I'm running out of NRT gum and still have leftover patches. If I go back to using the patch for these 5 hours a day (my critical hours), am I going up in milligrams of nicotine? Has anyone only worn a Patch for the late afternoon - early evening hours when tapering off NRT?
I'm 3 months quit, and was using the 21 mg. Patch and gum for the first three months. I find it's the mental part which I have the hardest time with now, and just need support after work so I don't slip. Thnak You,
