    Hi! I am back again after almost a year of smoking. Tomorrow I hope to quit for good!
    I am tired of smoking control my day to day life....I need to stop once and for all and I hope to use this group for help.

     Congrats in your quit, for good!
     Make a plan and stick to it@!
     Distract your self, doing something regarding and healthy
    Drink plenty water
    Enjoy to be   a non smoker!

     You can do it!

    Feel free to post how you feel, if you made a plan, stick to it!
     Believe in your self, give your self the chance to be free!
     Quit is a hard work, your Mind will trick you into the  crave, but you made the right choice to be 
    free!

    Thank you! Your right quitting is hard but it's been 22 days so I am happy but the thoughts still creep up on me, I know they will always be there but it will get easier....

    It's nice to see your positivity towards quitting. The cravings can be tough sometimes, but like you said it will get easier!

    Hi Leanne_70,

    Congratulations on being smoke free for 22 days.  That is terrific!

    Hopefully by now, you are noticing some positive changes.  It must be easier to breathe now, with less huffing and puffing.  You are not waking up with horrible breath.  You can probably smell a smoker from a mile away.  It doesn't take long to notice the benefits of quitting.  And it will only get better from here.

    Stay strong, Leanne_70.  Quitting is the very best thing you could ever do for yourself.  You are now part of the ever growing non-smoking majority.  And there is strength in numbers.
