    Hi Everyone,

This Friday will be my 18 month anniversary!  After smoking for 43 years, I never thought I would see this day.

If I hadn't quit when I did, I would have smoked about 13,700 cigarettes.  Yuck.  Since I have quit, I have regained 137 days of life.  Pretty good, eh?

I remember all too well all the struggles I went through at the beginning of my quit, the first month being the worst.  But let me tell you, it was all worth it.  It rocks to live life as a non-smoker.

Thank you to all of those who have supported me.  Your support has been invaluable.  And thanks to all of our wonderful quit coaches.  The work you do is so important, and you are helping to create non-smokers one step at a time.

Keep the quit, my friends.  It is worth it!

    Treepeo!

Congratulations on 18 months! You have taken care of your body and health in the best possible way. 13 700 cigarettes smoke did not enter your lungs... how fantastic is that? Freedom from that addiction and being healthy all in one. You've achieved so much, I hope you are feeling good and proud about this.

Thank you for being such a thoughtful and inspiring member of our community.

    Congratulations Treepeo!!!

Congratulations to you on 18 months, this is no easy feat, it is important that you stay vigilant ant on your toes, that dam demon will sneak up on you like a thief in the night, but you know this already, I was in my 8th year when I let my guard down, it took me 2 years to get back here, I will be 3 months smokefree on August 4, all the best to you, don't forget to reward yourself, blessings to you
