So I'm 111 days smoke free and have no plans to smoke again ...I do find it odd that at this stage of being free I'm still getting cravings...funny part is I now find the smell of smoking to be absolutely rancid....

    Hello Kiltman,

Good to hear the smell of smoke isn't familiar to you.  A new lifestyle change can take time for mental cravings to subside.  Think of things you can turn to as you are looking for some fulfillment through a distraction.  Feel free to share your skills/strategies with us.

    Congrats again, your doing amazing!

    Hi kiltman,

A huge congratulations on your 111 days smoke free!  So glad to hear that you are committed to staying smoke free.  You worked hard to get to this point.  Now hopefully you can start to enjoy the freedom that comes with being a non-smoker.

As for cravings, you will get them from time to time.  But they won't last as long and won't be as strong.  Just remember to live by NOPE, Not One Puff Ever, and you will be fine.
