   Good Morning Everyone!
   
   At high noon today I will have completed one month smoke free. It feels very good to say the least. This forum has been a great help to me. I appreciate all the support from the quit coaches and others on the same journey here.

   I'm so glad you're here and doing this Eagerquit!  Congratulations for doing this one day at a time and reaching a month!  I'm with you as we carry on, one day at a time!  How did you reward yourself today?  Anything planned from your bucket list?

   Wow eagerquit, you now have a whole month under your belt.  Yippee!  I am so proud of you!  You took the bull by the horns, put one foot in front of the other, and got it done.  You rock!  I hope you do something to celebrate - you deserve it!
