   Hi All,
   
   Today I am marking four months (122 days) smoke free and I have also been NRT free for several weeks. Any cravings lately have been rare psychological forays that pass very fast. I have lately been enjoying clearer sinuses. My dashboard tells me I have saved 30 days of life and cigarettes not smoked were 4,026.
   
   This past month I have been spending some time studying up on and developing health improvements to counteract the physical abuse smoking gave. I am enjoying long walks in various parts of the city learning more about the place I live. I am feeling considerably better now than I have in the past. It is such a remarkable difference that I would not wish to spoil with nicotine again.
   
   My reward for some of the smoking money saved last month was new clothes.
   
   I wish everyone another smoke free day.

   Congratulations to you on your four month success!  Exciting to view your progress in days and cigarettes not smoked.  The benefits you have shared with your health and walks enjoyed is amazing.  Great reward for yourself with new clothes to wear.
