Hello everyone.  I started this journey feb 14 with nicotine patches, smoked first 2 days while on patch just cause I couldn’t throw my last few smokes out. Feb 16 first day smoke free and things went not to bad, I did 2 weeks of 21mg patch, 2weeks of 14mg patch and 6 days of 7 mg patch. March 20 first day nic free. I was expecting to have a rough time for a while, but luckily it was not to bad. Here I am a month nic free,2 months smoke free and I’m am so happy to be a ex smoker.

Well done Jess_b and welcome to the forum. Sounds like you are rocking your quit. So much good comes from quitting those smokes. There's just nothing good about smoking. Keep NOPE (Not One Puff Ever) close to heart and you will be fine.

Thanks. Congrats to you as well. Stay on the patch as long as you need. They worked great for me.
