Happy to hear you are keeping yourself accountable by tracking the days, and we love to hear about it too!
Good for you for thinking ahead about relapse prevention. At the same time, if thinking long-term is causing stress, try to still take it one craving at a time, one minute at a time, one day at a time, etc. Whatever you need...
