I must say my body sure feels better.  I can suck in a deeper breath now.  3075 cigarettes not smoked. It sure adds up. i'm saving a bundle. I plan on rewarding myself soon. Believe it or not I actually lost 5lbs. I guess its all the walking i have been doing.  I say nope everyday. That sure has helped. Not One Puff Ever,

    Hi freedomchild,

WooHoo, way to go!  Four months smoke free - that is amazing!  You should be so proud of yourself!

isn't it nice to be able to breathe easier?  To be able to climb a flight of stairs without your heart pounding out of your chest?  To wake up in the morning without ashtray mouth?  Oh, the joys of being a non-smoker!  And you are also taking better care of yourself by doing a lot of walking.  That's terrific.  I think quitting has encouraged a lot of us to lead healthier lives all around.

I am so happy for you, freedomchild.  Reward yourself well, you deserve it!

Congratulations on 4 months. That's amazing. I remember you saying you got to 3 months and now I can see that flag on the horizon next Sunday. Seeing you that bit ahead of me is inspiration to keep going.
