Hi jammrs,
I smoked for 43 years so I know it's hard to quit, but it's not impossible. You have to be really committed and prepared to do battle with this addiction.
Try to do things to distract yourself, and drink lots of water to help remove the toxins from your body. And maybe change some of your routines.
Make NOPE (Not One Puff Ever) your mantra. If you never take that first puff, you will be a non-smoker forever.
