Wow. How can I resume this roler coaster ride....
Decided to quit for some reason and other reasons kept adding up. Now proud to be smoke free. Not easy everyday and I still get cravings here and there. Life has a funny way of testing you determination once you put your mind to something. But I won't let life event pull me back into this bad habit. Hard at times but with the help of quit coach and this online community's I feel supported and I keep going!!

Thank you all and let's keep going on our road to freedom!!!

Thank you both for your word of encouragement. Days are adding up one at a time. Not always easy, cravings come and go, patch and losanges are helping. I'm keeping on going but it get tough sometimes.

    Hi me_n_freedom,

Wow, look at you go!  Congratulations!  You are getting the job done!

I know it's not easy, and some days are worse than others.  So be kind to yourself.  Give yourself little treats along the way.  Positive reinforcement helps.  And if you haven't already done so, load a stop smoking app onto your phone.  It will keep track of how long you've been quit, how many cigs you haven't smoked, how much time  and money you have saved, and how much life you have regained.  It is very motivating.  I still look at my app five years later and it blows my mind how many cigarettes I would have smoked had I not quit when I did.
