    Hello All,
Im a single Mom and a second time current widow at just 37. Im still struggling a lot but I really want to quit smoking because I want to make sure I outlive my 15 year old son so he doesn't have to feel one of the most painful feelings of loosing someone that would affect his life in a great deal. He only has a few ppl that he is very close to and I am one. I can't afford to buy the patches and gum as I said being a single mom down to a single income is too hard. Any tips where I could some help in this area for free quit smoking aids would be amazing and puts tears in my eyes even thinking there might be. Thank you in advance for any advice. Cheryl😀

    Hello Cheryl,

Please see the link here https://smokershelpline.ca/trial-pack/trial-offer
for a free trial pack of the nrt gum.

It seems quitting is very important to you, so please don't give up!

I know quit aids can be expensive, but they really help.

Have you tried to quit before?

    Renee

The CAMH (Center for Addictions and Mental Health) has a free nicotine replacement therapy program for those who qualify if you live in Ontario and are over 18. Here’s the link.

I enrolled and was accepted, so fingers crossed for you :)
    Best wishes!
