that you are now 4 days smoke-free. Keep up with the good work! It seems like
your sense of taste has improved and sometimes, food and water taste different.
There are different ways to add some flavors to your water: add a squeeze of
lemon or lime to a glass of water; infuse water with sliced fruits such as citrus, berries or
melon; add some fresh mint leaves or fresh cucumber slices or flavor with Crystal
Light; Be creative and have fun making your water more flavorful. Take care.
