    Today is 3 months. This is the longest I have ever quit. I am feeling really good and not having many cravings anymore. I have been off the patch and gum for 10 days. That was hard but I did it🥳. NOPE

    Congratulations  on your 3 months. You can do it. It gets easier as you go along. keep saying good things to yourself. Pat yourself on the back. You should reward yourself for doing such a great job. NOPE is a saying I still use everyday.
