I am not yet fully off the cigarettes but I know by 2023 at this rate it should be my year. I can't use nrt due to adverse reactions and I didn't have success with cold turkey, so I am smoking in intervals.. using this method I went from 2 packs to 16 cigarettes per day and now am on 10 cigarettes per day. I will stay on 10 for awhile and then stretch the intervals further therefore reducing the number smoked per day. I can breathe better already and am looking forward to what's to come. I feel I have avoided drastic withdrawl I faced in trying cold turkey. This is just my own personal journey. It still takes a lot of discipline to do intervals but it's the only way I can come off them. Thanks for reading my journey! I hope to post again in a few months.

Thanks! I have found a mint called Rito mints to be very useful. They do have sugar but they take about half an hour to dissolve and seems to help by having my mouth busy. Also have been using the chat feature quite often and appreciate the support. Waiting for a callback from a quit coach

Just an update I am one week smoke free now having found a brand of nrt that works for me. Took me a lot of trial and error to get to this point but happy to be here and at this point.

Good Job! Keep going! Im going on 7 mnths cigarette free.  Finding it hard now because of the nice weather and being outside more. So I am vaping a bit. Hoping to make it smoke free through the summer.. Hate how people that smoke smell dirty now, but I still want one? LOL   Crazy addiction those stinky things are.. Cheers!

Congratulations on going on 7 months. That's awesome. The nice weather does make it harder so I'm trying to read outside and water my plants instead of sitting smoking like I used to.
You're right it is so crazy how addictive they are. Smell so bad yet we can still want one.
All the best for a smoke free summer
