    I'm proud of myself. Repeating Nope throughout the day. That really works for me. Started knitting as well.  There some really good knitting videos on YouTube. Taking walks. Healthy snacks. Deep breathing. Herbal tea. Trying to keep a positive attitude. Saying I can do it. One day at a time.
