    So I woke this morning extremely disappointed in myself only to realize it was just a dream. Since,  I’ve had cravings for a cigarette I’m now 25 days in on the patch and it’s going well. But the little nicotine monster in the back of my mind keeps saying “ just one”. I will prevail!
