    Hey Treepo and Wandam,

Thank you both so much for your comments. So far, as of today it's 6 days and 18 hours. One day at a time. I am very pleased. I am isolating tho and think I should get out more. It snowed last night and today is cold but I can't let that stop me. I have so much to do around my apartment; cleaning, vacuuming, etc. I am putting things off. I don't know why I am doing this. Just seem to want to sleep or stay glued to the computer. Funny but I always manage (still) to get out late at night to get my coffees though lol. I just gotta remember it's a journey. To trust the process. ODAAT :)  Thanks again all! <3

    Hi all,
First and foremost I want to thank everyone for their continuous support through all the ups and downs of my journey. The celebrations, slips and all the added personal issues I babbled on and on about lol. I had some bad news this morning and regardless of what it is, I smoked. I don't know if complete abstinence is for me right now. I am going to continue to wear the patch and hopefully I will reach smoke free some day soon. Again,  all the wonderful people (coaches too), thank you so much.  I would probably be dead now if it wasn't for you all! 💖
ODAAT. Best of luck to those working to quit and those who have! Take care.

    Butterfly,

Hold you head up and you have nothing to be ashamed of. You have been more committed to your quit and you kept coming right back to it, than I was to mine over 30 odd years (when I relapsed I just gave up for years). When it's your time you will know, and that quit will be 'the one'.

    butterflyna,

It takes a lot of strength to reach out for support, and even more to be honest. I applaud your continued efforts.

Keep wearing that patch, slips happen. You can do this. We are so happy to be here for you.

Don’t Give up keep going! The best time to quit smoking is now! Cigarettes prices are expensive and smokers are treated like social outcasts, not to mention the health and wellness benefits.

You can do this! I  60 days smoke free, saved $800 and not smoked over 1200 cigarettes. Smoking is an addiction nothing more. The best time to quit is now!
