    Good Morning All

    I like to share that I do not feel anymore that urge to go and buy a pack. That was my most afraid craving to avoid. I guess my Confidence to keep my Quit is High!

    Is been 957 Smoke free Day's

    Congrats on all of those 957 days! You've done an awesome job adding up that mileage!

    Nice to hear that that trigger or urge to go and buy a pack has passed !

    Hi everyone

    I am doing ok, fantastic in my quit! I still having my support ( the Mist) with me.

    For those super stressful moments! 

    Generally speaking about my health never better! 

    Always here supporting new quitters! and adding days to my journey!
