    Just checking in to remind all of you that no matter how long you smoked or how hard core a smoker you are you too can quit.  Hang in there.  You can and will do it.

    im working on 3-4 months on and off with a couple slips, but you feel way better when you quit and theres lots of benifits to quitting, it only gets better

    Hello mcdanerdsoriginal,

    Congratulations on 3-4 months with only a couple of slips! Sounds like you are working really hard and are already noticing some of the benefits of not smoking! Slips are common and are a normal part of the quitting journey. Slips can be used as learning opportunities. Try to identify what triggered the slip and how you can avoid it in the future and remember, slips are only a temporary setback.
