Looks like we can finally say 'goodbye' to the chilly weather (yay!!!) and we are fast approaching the first day of summer!
I have been busy out in my garden, growing veggies from seed and enjoying the sunshine.
What are you summer plans? Any new hobbies or interests you are planning to check out?
In this thread, we explore distractions, and sometimes people realize they have more time on their hands as a result of quitting....time to try something new, to spend with others, or to devote more to a past time they already enjoy - anything to keep hands & mind off of smoking!

Looking forward to hearing what YOUR fun is gonna be for Summer 2018.
Keep up all the hard work!
    Sarah

    Hi Sarah,

I just got a membership to the Royal Ontario Museum.  They have a lot of wonderful special exhibits that I enjoy seeing, and it's way cheaper if you become a member.  So it will be great to go any time I want to.

    Hi Sarah,

I am enjoying long walks daily through the neighborhood. This being known as the "Garden City" there are many amazing floral displays. I take my camera to capture the especially interesting gardens.

    Thank you for your posts!
LOVE the ROM, treepeo - a membership will keep your busy all summer long, as there is always something new & interesting to see! Enjoy!
Actually, the same could be said for your neighbourhood walks, eagerquit. Gardens change throughout the season, and offer so much beauty. AND you can get some exercise out of it, too.

Two really good ways to explore new things while staying smoke-free! Awesome.
    Enjoy your Monday,
    Sarah
