Hi everyone,
When it comes to distractions, we often times forget to actually slow down, take a break and relax. Sometimes trying to keep busy just is not sustainable or realistic.
When those cravings and withdrawals take over, our body needs rest, since it is in a state of healing. Don't forget this distraction in our long list of things to do.
