   Just want to say hello and that it’s time for me to try and give up smoking I have a quit date any advice where I am at in my decision would be great

   Hi Otto. Good for you. Best thing you can do. Yes there will be urges to light up, but you can beat it. Just use the NOPE. Not one puff ever. Keep us informed on how you are doing.
