Well on Monday March 4,2019 it will be one month since I had my last smoke. I must say the journey has been a lot easier then I anticipated. Yes there have been days that I just wanted to go outside a light one up. But I didn’t . My family has been very supporting and so have my co-workers. I am also thankful for this forum to be able to document my journey. 😁
