    Hi cindydavis,

Welcome to Smokers' Helpline and huge congratulations on 1 month smoke free!

There are many different ways to wean off of NRT. Like quitting smoking, it's a matter of finding what will work best for you. Some things that you might want to consider are:
Lowering your dose of nicotine (if you aren't taking the lowest dose already).
Reducing the number of lozenges you use in a day.
Substituting a non nicotine candy or mint in place of a lozenge.
Changing up the times or routines where you may be regularly taking lozenges.

You are always welcome to connect with your local quit line if you would like to speak with a Coach and come up with a personalized plan for you. You can do this by calling 1-866-366-3667.

Look forward to hearing more about your journey.
    Emily

Thanks. I guess I need to be a little  more patient with myself as well. This isn't the first time I tried to quit. I tried a million times before.

    yes cindydavis,

Two mottos we use frequently are "one step at a time" and "never quit quitting"!

    You got this,
