I am new also! I registered june 17 with the smokershelpline but my smoking quit date was may 13/2021. I had a slip up june 7 and had one cigarette. I had a major craving and went out and bought the cheapest pack of smokes i could get just to have one cigarette. Stupid i know! A homeless woman saw me smoking and asked one for one and i gave her the whole pack. She was very happy. After over a month smoke free i was struggling with anxiety and sadness..headaches. Now that has passed i am sooo tired and i feel like my mind is not the way it used to be. I feel unmotivated and a little detached when i am at work. I never felt like that before when i smoked. I am just praying as time goes by i will feel better. I have no cravings to smoke and i am absolutely determined to never smoke again because it was starting to affect my circulation in my legs and probably in my body. Once the doctor told me if i continued smoking i could lose a toe...foot or leg that was all i needed to hear. You didnt need to tell me twice i was done with smoking.
