Just completed my first 24 hours. Feeling good about it and nervous about what is to come.

Wow bubble, that's awesome!  Gosh, I remember how hard that first day was.  Good for you for not giving in.

I know the thought of quitting is scary, but it doesn't have to be.  Just think.  You are making a major change in your life.  Your health will improve, and you will join the majority of non-smokers.  You will smell better.  The yellow on your fingers will eventually disappear.  You will no longer be ruled by your cravings.  You will spend your time and money on much better things.  And the list goes on.

Stay strong, my friend.  You can do this.  Believe in yourself!

Congrats on quitting smoking. The first while is the hardest. But every day does get easier. Try keeping yourself busy and changing up your routine.

Thankyou jb63. Started changing up my routine a week or so before my quit day. Needed a trial run.
