Recently while we were signing some 6 month Certificates of Achievement (Haven't gotten yours yet? Call us! 1-877-513-5333) we had to pause and remember the hard work many of our own team of Quit Coaches has put into being smoke-free.
It turns out that in total our team has 118 smoke-free years
under their belts, can you believe it? That’s a lot of cravings tossed to the
wind, a lot of slips brushed off our shoulders, and a lot of fresh air into our lungs.

progress and celebrate your milestones. Did you know that we also have an app in
partnership with Health Canada where you can track your progress right on your
phone? It’s called Break it Off and you
find it in the app store for both Android and iPhones.
