Stress management is an important, often overlooked part of a quit smoking plan and relapse/slip prevention. Stress is a very common trigger for many to smoke, or go back to smoking.
How do some of you manage your stress in the midst of a quit, or how will you deal with stress if it has not come up yet in your quit?
