Congrats on your ambition to succeed,
Manderson4!!!
Keep on doing what's working for you: Distract yourself with whatever healthy distraction you can get your hands on. Doesn't matter if it's playing with a "Fidget Spinner" or taking a jog around the block...There are tons of things you can do to keep your mind off of your vice.
When ruling out cigarettes altogether, keep your focus on manageable blocks of time: ONE HOUR / ONE DAY / etc. Once you've achieved each manageable block, it's time to concentrate on a new goal: "
I will not smoke for the next 60mins", etc.
You've got a great attitude - and don't ever let anyone try to convince you that quitting is difficult...
It's only difficult when you consider a whole week / month / year... Instead, focus on the smaller stepping stones that will eventually get you there!
