My Quit Date

    Well I’ve been struggling again to keep a quit going. I have set my quit date for February 11th, this Saturday. I am making this pledge to you and to myself that I will honour this quit and not give up so easily.

    Congratulations good for you. You can do it. Post as often as you need to..Reading other post also helps..Remember NOPE, Not One Puff Ever..

    I have been smoke free for 5 hours. A delayed start but still a start. I’m using the patch but have had cravings still. The toughest part is distracting my brain. Still going.

    Ok. I hate to admit my struggles but there they are. I am still trying to get 24 hours under my belt. I did this last time until I finally got all my ducks in a row and got it done. I will again. I know I was underestimating the addiction but I thought I would find my determination immediately this time. I’ll post when I get that first full day under my belt. Still would take any advice on how others prepared for their quit.
