    Good Evening Decided,

Great to hear that you are at 68 days!

NRT gum is a great choice, it gives you flexibility to use it when you need it and as you are, sometimes switching it out with regular gum. Using it for that 10 -12 weeks can really help you to stay smoke-free!

So glad you are finding the support here on SHL helpful - you in turn, have been a great support to others!

    Have a nice night!

    Jennifer

    Hi Decided,

Good job reaching the 68 days! I am also using NRT gum and lozenges. It is always good to know that I can reach for one of those if needed and continue to be smoke free. Wishing you another happy smoke free day!

Way to go, Decided!  I had a slip today at 97 days in.  I can't beleive it!  But my slips have remained just slips, thank god.   I am persevering and bought a fitbit, have you ever used one?  Im now trying to stop gaining weight and lose the 20 pounds I've put on.  I need some of your diet tips.  I've never dieted, and I'm scared to think that I'll have too.  So I'm trying to get fit, bit by bit instead.
