A marker on this Fantastic Voyage! Feeling great, breathing better, sleeping better. Maybe not all due to the quit, but better diet and lifestyle overall.

Take the time to feed and nurture and repair.

And of course, most of all keep the quit. Your body will be eternally grateful.

    Hi Shazzan,

Way to go on your 40 smoke free days!  You are doing great!

It's interesting that when we quit smoking, we start allowing ourselves to think about our health again, and so many of us try to make other healthy lifestyle changes in addition to quitting smoking.  I think that when we smoked, we sort of gave up on ourselves.  But quitting can lead to a whole new perspective on life.

You should be really proud of the progress you have made so far, Shazzam.  Keep up the good work.  It only gets better with time.

40 already - awesome job shazzan.

Isn't it funny how one positive change spirals into many positive changes?  So happy to hear of your experience.

    Take care, E
