   Hello!
   
   Part of your quit planning process is to gather and recruit a support team around you. We know that having good support has a positive impact on our success.
   
   However, all too often, we think, this is my goal and it is up to me...and then you are faced with a rocky journey alone.Try to challenge that thought! You don't have to do it that way.
   
   Absolutely you will be working through this change but others can make it a bit easier on you to do so.
   
   Most people when asked are very willing to support you. It is important to let them in on what you are doing and how you feel.  You will then find the right support person that fits. Give some thought too as to the type of support(a walk, a hug, a night out...) that helps you and then, to those you can count on say this and fill in the blank.
   
   "It really helps me when______"
   
   So, two very important questions are what type of support works for you and who will you contact for support while making this change?
   
   We are here for you, one day at a time!

   Is a nice question!
   
   At the beginning, before I decided to quit, People around me, told me Look how you are Coifing!
   Sometimes, I was to deep in smoking that I did not see that was killing slowly.
   I guess, that and more pain, that made me to quit for Good!
   
   Now People told me, you smell Nice!
   
   After all is a way of New Life! As a Non Smoker!

   Hi Lillian, i am so glad that your addressing this topic, because support is everything to me, right now i have a few accountability partners, the biggest one being my very own sister, she quit a couple of weeks before me and has just crossed the 100 day mark. Myself I am just starting again after 8 yeas being smokefree, i had the bright idea one day to light up again, the reason was because i didnt have a proper support system in place, today the members here are probably my biggest support because these are the people that i have contact with on a daily basis. I can't do  this alone, i know this now, i have to be accountable, and be held accountable, as a result my friends are start to climb on board
