Lest talk about it:
For me, I feel so much better, I brief with out issues, I have power to work and I smell Great!
I hate when I walk outside and I feel the smoke in the air! I try hard to avid it, I walk faster than the smoker or I just stay away.
I found something to do instead thinking in smoking.
When I see someone who I know that smokes, I invite them to quit, is so much better!
I wish I never smoke at the beginning.
