   Just completed my 6 months. Wow what a journey. Hope n down emotionally but overall so relief of freeing myself from this slavery.

   Thank you atp for your kind words of encouragement,
   Yep 6 months already, some challenges creap up on me every now and then but overall, I am happy I did this for myself, the liberty of doing things without strings and all the other good reasons.
   
   I am also happy that it's now off my resolution list as I dealt with it earlier this year.
   
   Happy rest of the holiday season

   Just found this old post of mine. That quit had lasted 8 months. Was not able to keep up. This time I am more determined and will keep going through all the bumps and tribulation, I will be free at last!!!!!

   you did it before so there's no reason you cant do it again. Just keep NOPE in mind this time round and you will have success. We're all rooting for you.
