   Yes 51 days and yes I need to write this just like I need to mark it on my calendar and and message a friend I need to stick to this. I am off this week and didn't want to get out of bed because I didn't have to. It was a tough and is a tough couple of days missing Ken so much he passed over a year ago but the grief comes in waves and I miss my Dad and Tucker too much loss and yet others have it much worse. I am so emotional crazy today

   Firstly, you are ROCKIN' this quit!!!  Keep it up.
   
   Quiet time of reflection is an important aspect of a healthy life balance.  But too much of anything can be negative.  Enjoy your time off - get out an explore some fall colours, take a deep breath of the crisp autumn air, bundle up in a warm cozy sweater.  This is a challenging but exciting journey that is ripe with rewards should we choose to recognize and accept them.
