Hello everyone my name's Christian. I've stopped since last Tuesday so I'm 10 days strong however I've kind of replaced cigarettes with vaping. Would that still be considered quitting? Thanks for reading and have a great night!

    Good Morning Kingrex!

Changing the cigarette habit can be challenging and some have used the ecigarettes or vapes to help.  For the last 10 days, you have successfully changed the cigarette habit!! That is something to celebrate.  Perhaps at some point down the road you will want to eliminate the vaping as although they are less harmful than cigarettes they still do remain harmful. For now keep your focus on your cigarette habit.

Kingrex, 10 days is a wonderful quit. You are doing it, keep on!

Remember, one day at a time,
    Lillian

    Hi kingrex,

Congratulations on your 10 days smoke free.  Way to go!  I say do whatever it takes to keep the quit, vaping included.  When you feel stronger in your quit, you can gradually cut out the vaping, too.  But one thing at a time.  I don't think anything could be more harmful than smoking.

Stay strong, kingrex.  You can do this!
