This is day 7 for me. I am excited and sad! I miss smoking BUT I feel better already. One day at a time. One craving at a time.

    :)

YOU CAN DO IT!!! 1st few days are the worst. I found that having the inhaler helps a lot! Especially with the "right now!!" cravings. Best of luck!

    Hi Harbourmja,

Congratulations on your 7 days!  Yippee, your first week is done!  I know sometimes you miss smoking, because you associate it with all sorts of events in your life.  But day by day, you will learn how to live smoke free.  And you may find some comfort in knowing that you have joined the majority of people, who do not smoke.

And Bernie, congratulations to you on your Day 1.  You have definitely made the right decision to stop smoking.  Your health will improve dramatically.  Your breathing will ease off, and your circulation will improve.  And you will start to have a lot more energy.  And saving money is always a bonus!

Keep the quit, you two.  You can do it!
